You know selling these for money or points is a felony right? You didn't really make them if you used a base :/ Which in turn you were given permission to use, not to sell :/

Hey I know this girl and she'd always credit the owns of the base, plus it's not real money it's Points. May I ask under what country you would say classes using someone else's base for the gain of pixel money a crime?

That "pixel money" was purchased using real money, regardless of currency. By asking for payment the "artist" is in fact stealing money from the creator of the original piece. When it comes to the topic of prints real money, points or not, is being used in the transaction. The person selling these is stealing money from the person who made the base (which is a completely different discussion). In regards to country I'm from the United States and I'm well-versed in several of its copyright laws.
Now humor me, I browsed your gallery real quick and saw a picture of you I'm assuming. You appear rather young. Are you prepared to argue with someone that's 19?

If you want to get age involved you must rember that ~Takingmyhopelessheart is also young. The artst is not gaining any profit that is of any use to her.

Age in regards to the user we are debating over is not relevant. What is relevant what they are doing is wrong and illegal. This website has points as not part of a game but as a form of real life, attainable currency (which is gained through the purchase of real money); not some game that we are playing.
